Summer 2010 RideshareOnline.com Promotion

Eligibility Requirements:

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter or win. Promotion participation is limited to employees who have an origin or destination in the State of Washington or Idaho. To be eligible for the prize drawing, entrants must carpool or vanpool to work at least 2 days per week during the August 9, 2010 to September 19, 2010 promotion. In addition, at least two eligible carpool or vanpool trips must be entered online in the RideshareOnline.com calendar during the week they are taken.

How to Enter:

The promotion will commence at 12:01 am (PST) on August 9, 2010 and end midnight (PST) on September 19, 2010. You may enter one of the three following ways to be eligible for the prize drawing.

1. Register at RideshareOnline.com and run a matchlist to find a carpool partner or to join or start a vanpool. If you are already in a carpool or vanpool, you do not need to run a matchlist. Carpool or vanpool at least two days per week during any week of the promotion and track these trips in the RideshareOnline.com calendar during the week they are taken.
2. Call 1-888-814-1300 to request a ridematch over the phone and/or for assistance logging your carpool or vanpool trips in the calendar.
3. Complete a written RideshareOnline.com application located in the RideshareOnline.com brochure (in counties where available) and submit it to the address on the application. Carpool and vanpool trips must be tracked as stated in the eligibility requirements above.

Prizes will be awarded to participants selected in the random drawings who meet all eligibility requirements. Limit one registration per person. By entering this promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

Winners:

Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail or telephone. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following: 1) potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements; (2) failure of a potential winner to complete and sign a form authenticating their eligibility for the prize; (3) return of mailed notification of prize as undeliverable; or (4) return of an e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts to send. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner accepting a prize consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation.

Prizes:

The following prizes will be awarded.

• Three days, two nights, dining credits for two and a $50 gas card for travel expenses at one of the following hotels:
• Grand Pacific Hotel, Victoria, BC. Includes high tea, and round trip transportation from Seattle.
• Coeur d'Alene Resort, Idaho. Includes a lake view room and $150 dining credit.
• Hotel Pan Pacific, Seattle. Includes $75 dining credit at the SeaStar restaurant.
• Hotel Davenport, Spokane. Includes $50 dining credit and $100 spa credit.
• Hotel Murano, Tacoma. Includes tickets to the Museum of Glass and breakfast for two.
• An Apple iPad

Odds of winning are determined by the number of registrants. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Selection of Winners:

Prizewinners will be selected from all eligible registrants by a random drawing held on October 1, 2010.
