Hawaiian Trip for Two

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter or win. Promotion participation is limited to employees who have an origin or destination in the State of Washington or Idaho. To be eligible for the prize drawing, entrants must be carpooling or vanpooling to work at least 2 days per week during the August 4, 2008 through September 12, 2008 promotion.

HOW TO ENTER: The promotion will commence at 12:01 am (PST) on August 4, 2008 and end midnight (PST) on September 12, 2008. You may enter one of three ways to be eligible for the prize drawing: 1) log on to www.RideshareOnline.com, run a matchlist and you will be automatically entered into the prize drawings; or 2) you may enter by calling 1-888-814-1300 to request a ridematch over the phone; or 3) you may enter by completing a written RideshareOnline.com application located in the RideshareOnline.com brochure (in counties where it is available) and submitting it to the address on the application.

Prizes will be awarded to participants selected in the random drawings who meet all eligibility requirements. Limit one registration per person. By entering this promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

WINNERS: Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail or telephone. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following: 1) potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements; 2) failure of a potential winner to complete and sign a form authenticating their eligibility for the prize; 3) return or mailed notification of prize as undeliverable; or 4) return of an e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts to resend. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner accepting a prize consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation.

PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded.

GRAND PRIZE:  7 day/6 night trip for two to Hawaii. Includes round trip airfare, hotel, lei greeting and luau.

2nd PRIZE:   3 day/2 night weekend getaway for two to Suncadia Resort in Roslyn, WA. Includes dinner for two at the Gas Lamp Grille.

3rd PRIZE:   $500 MasterCard gift card.

Odds of winning are determined by the number of registrants. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Prize winners will be selected from all registrants by a random drawing held on September 26, 2008.
